Vog’s Director of Sales/BD will be a high energy new businesssales professional with a passion for defining and penetrating into new markets. As the Sales Director, you’ll have the chance to help us increase our market share and expand our existing client base.

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

  • Business Development, Identifying new business opportunities
  • Serve as the first point of contact and provide product information to prospective customers
  • Make outbound calls, send emails and text messages to identify and qualify new leads
  • Market analysis and strategy formulation
  • Develop and implement market and tactical strategies to attain new customers
  • Network and establish relationships to increase prospects
  • Establish and implement client retention strategies

What You Need for this Position

  • 6+ years of sales experience, a minimum of 2 years previous software sales experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Excel at developing relationships over the phone: courteous, well-spoken, and good at asking questions
  • Follow-up is critical, this is a ‘hands-on’ position
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, ability to listen to others
  • Ability to positively influence others
  • Proficient with Google office Suite (G Suite)
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM
